Founded in 2020 in Makkah, Qubays Art rose from a conviction that the Kingdom's contemporary voice deserved a permanent, uncompromising home. We build bridges between the deep roots of Hijazi culture and the sharp edge of modern expression, establishing a definitive reference for Saudi art.

The road from Makkah to the world
A journey built on stone and light. From a single room in Makkah to three cities, every step was a promise kept.
2021
The first major exhibition opens its doors. The city sees itself reflected in a new light.
2022
The Jeddah branch opens. The institution stretches its hand toward the Red Sea and a wider audience.
2023
Taif branch is established. The mountains gain a new landmark and the signature gathering begins its annual rhythm.
2024
Twenty exhibitions and over a hundred gatherings. The institution stands as a definitive reference for Saudi art.
2025
Taif welcomed its first artistic gathering. Forty artists came to talk and to look and to argue.
2026
Qubays Art founded in Makkah. The first workshop was held in a small room with good light.
